School Clubs
We have a wide range of school clubs available, which we encourage pupils to join. These largely take place after school and they change on a termly basis to try to encourage pupils to try as many different types of activities as possible. In the summer term for example, most clubs take place out of doors and these range from gardening and large scale sculpture to athletics and cricket with many more besides. We are part of a local schools sports partnership and take part in local and area competitions.
If your child has signed up for a club it is very important that they attend regularly. This is particularly important in sports such as football and netball where team members need to practise together in order to play together as an effective team. If your child is unable to attend, or there is a change in home time arrangements, please send a note to the teacher who is running the club to ensure that the whereabouts of your child are known.
